Key Account Manager

The position

• The position reports to the Sales and Marketing Director in Oslo
• The office is located in Stockholm

This role is important for Nemko to be able to increase their presence and meet business opportunities in Sweden. You will together with the current KAM form a tight salesteam who will cover costumers all around the country.

Key responsibilities
The Key Account Manager’s main responsibility is to achieve own sales budget for Sweden thereby contributing to overall annual result for Nemko Scandinavia Sales team. He or she will:

• Contribute to and develop new business
• Position the Nemko brand in the marketplace through customer seminars and trade
• Focus on growing and developing existing customers and creating new customers
• Attend exhibitions and seminars in order to create and develop new
business partnerships
• Constantly improve knowledge of the Nemko
• Write business and marketing plans for current and opportunity tender
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant business
• To contribute to any actions initiated to create a safe working

We are looking for a candidate with significant sales experience in selling service solutions. You should have a proven track record from a professional sales environment, together with a technical background and/or passion for technical products and services.

• Proven negotiations experience
• Experience of managing major national accounts at high level in the company
• Business development experience
o Building new client relationships
o Developing existing client relationships
• Higher technical degree would be an advantage
o Engineering or other relevant education
• Work experience from a international company
• Excellent IT skills
o Microsoft office
o CRM tools
♣ Salesforce or other relevant CRM tools

We are looking for a business-minded personality with a can-do attitude. This is vital role in determining the success of Nemko in Sweden. There will always be a challenge in getting the balance between short-term and long-term client focuses. The ability to master this challenge and work closely with the Laboratory and Technical department is important. You need to be an excellent communicator and team worker.
