Customer Executive

Tieto has been active in the Public sector since 1968. Today the Public sector in Sweden is divided into four segments; Government, Regions, Municipalities and City Of Stockholm. The Public sector in Sweden has a solid track record of growth.

As a Costumer Executive you will join the County Councils sales unit within Public Healthcare and Welfare Sweden. The operating struc¬ture is based on industry groups driving go-to-market activities and service lines as delivery units. Tieto have started a journey towards expansion and increased customer satisfaction where they from an existing customer base want to grow the current business even further and add new County Councils to its customer base. It is also vital to secure the long term planning for these customers during the upcoming years.

Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities with the aim of achieving short and long-term growth in the County Councils sector
• Lead customer team with a large network of contacts selling Tieto's various solutions and product areas. e.g.
➢ Specialist sales and responsible for products and solutions in Healthcare and Welfare
➢ Specialist sales within infrastructure and application
➢ Business Consultants
• Main customers most likely regions as Västernorrland and 1-2 more
• Collaborates with other existing Customer Executives for mainly other county councils / regions

Qualifications
• A solid sales background, 5 - 10 years within the IT environment in healthcare sector
• Knowledge from products / solutions / applications for healthcare or consultation in healthcare
• Knowledge from outsourcing
• Experience from establishing top-level contacts
• Experience from contact with clinical functions, IT and purchase

• Working in a large and virtual team / matrix organization
• Handle and drive complex business (understand the customer's needs and develop solutions with in the organization)
• Close business opportunities

Language
High level in Swedish language, orally and written.
